GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Connecticut City: Bridgeport Delineated Area: North: John Street East: Lafayette Boulevard South: Prospect Street West: Park Avenue Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,258 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,670 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 22 secured spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): N/A Parking Spaces (Structured): 22 secured spaces Parking Spaces (Reserved): 22 secured spaces Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: -Building cannot be within close proximity of Child care, Public Defenders, Drug Rehab Clinics. Railroad tracks should not be within 50 feet (Setback) of the building. -Cannot be on the same floor and preferably the same building as Public Defenders Offices and Drug Rehabilitation Centers, Colleges and Day Care Centers. -Column spacing not less than 20' span. -Prefer not to be less than 18 feet above grade nor the top floor in the building. -Please reference Project Number 6CT0072. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Bridgeport, CT, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
