General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: CA City: West Sacramento Delineated Area: City Limits of West Sacramento Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): Office Space: 3,650 – 3,850 ABOA SF Warehouse: 14,440 – 17,200 ABOA SF Special Purpose: 900 – 950 ABOA SF Office/Warehouse/Special combined: 18,990 – 22,000 ABOA SF Adjacent Wareyard: 3,600 SF Space Type - Minimum requirements: Mixed use, professional office/flex development or business district allowing space that easily accommodated office, special use and light industrial operations in addition to exterior fenced wareyard. Key factors include a modern professional appearance and good site circulation. Parking Spaces : Must meet local code requirements Firm Term: 120 Months (10 Years) to 180 Months (15 Years) Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
