The Government seeks to lease approximately 7,200 to 9,600 ABOA square feet of contiguous, modern office space in designated cities across Virginia, including Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Hampton, Newport News, and Franklin. The lease term is 5 years with a 3-year firm term, and the space must be fully serviced, at or above ground level, and meet federal security, fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. Requirements include at least 48 secured parking spaces, 48 workstations/offices, a 325+ ABOA SF conference room, and a 100 ABOA SF IT room with 24/7 cooling. The space must be suitable for law enforcement functions, with a minimum Facility Security Level II, and cannot be located in a 1-percent-annual chance floodplain. Market survey and estimated occupancy are both anticipated for August 2026.
