GSA seeks expressions of interest from owners or authorized representatives for a fully serviced lease of warehouse and related space in Sterling, Virginia, within a specified delineated area. The space must provide 6,227–6,350 ABOA SF, warehouse ceiling height of at least 20 feet throughout, one dock-high loading dock, one grade-level drive-in bay, truck turning radius for a 53-foot tractor-trailer, ISC Level I security capability, and must not be in the 1-percent annual chance floodplain.
