GSA is seeking expressions of interest from owners or authorized representatives for office space in State College, Pennsylvania, within the property boundaries of Centre County Airport, to support a succeeding lease for the Transportation Security Administration using other than full and open competition. The required space is 933–988 ABOA square feet with zero parking, 24/7 government access, a 10-year full term and 5-year firm term, and estimated occupancy on August 1, 2028. Offered space must be fully serviced, meet government fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards, and not be in the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain. Interested parties must provide building/address details, available ABOA and rentable square footage by floor, contact information for an authorized representative, full-service rental and operating cost rates, and evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner. Entities should also account for FAR Section 889 telecommunications prohibitions.
