The Government will evaluate proposals conforming to the RLP requirements in accordance with the Method of Award set forth in the RLP to select an Offeror for award. The Government will award the Lease to the selected Offeror, subject to the conditions in the attached RLP. See attachments.

Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
