The required space is 585–615 ABOA SF of office space on airport property, with four reserved surface parking spaces and 24/7 government access. The lease would have a 10-year full term with a 5-year firm term, and estimated occupancy is September 15, 2028. Offered space must meet fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards, be outside the 1-percent annual chance floodplain, and be provided under a fully serviced lease. Interested owners or authorized representatives must provide building and space details, ABOA and rentable square footage, full-service rental and operating cost information, and evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner.
