The General Services Administration seeks to lease 11,430 ABOA square feet of office space in a specific delineated area of Asheville, North Carolina, for a full term of 10 years with a 5-year firm term. The lease requires 30 surface parking spaces and includes a tenant improvement allowance of $56.20 per ABOA square foot for new locations. The space cannot be co-located with specific entities and must avoid floodplains while meeting federal safety and accessibility standards. Occupancy is required by October 9, 2027. The government is considering relocation costs and currently occupies a similar amount of space in the area.
