Southern Boundary: Walnut St. from County St. to West to Leonard’s Wharf in the East. Eastern Boundary: Rt 140 To Rt 18. First/ground floor preferred, if located above the first/ground floor the building must have two (2) passenger elevators. Must be able to accomodate a large public waiting area, with unisex bathrooms, as determined by the Lease Contracting Officer. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
