Meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. All submissions should include the following information: Property name/address; Age of all structures on the property; Date of space availability; Total existing gross square feet, and gross square feet per floor; ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered; Site plan depicting the buildings, land acreage, and parking; Floor plan and gross square footage of proposed space; Location on map demonstrating the building lies within the delineated area; Department of Homeland Security - Federal Emergency Management Agency map demonstrating that the property lies above the 100-year elevation floodplain; Name of owner and name and contact information of authorized contact; Evidence of ownership with non-Owners (e.g. brokers) required to provide evidence of authority granted by property owner to submit the property; Any information related to title issues, easements, or restrictions on the use of the property or any structures on the property; and Evidence that the Government's intended use is permissible in the Property’s zone.
