Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest Submission Requirements: This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals. Expressions of interest MUST be submitted in writing and, at a minimum, include the information cited herein. Expressions of interest are welcome only from property owners and/or their authorized representatives. Expressions submitted by anyone other than the owner should include a copy of an agreement authorizing representation. Responses omitting the items below may not be considered: •1. Address of proposed property. •2. Name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address of authorized contact. •3. Name and contact information of the property ownership's legal entity. •4.
