(ABOA): 4,595 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 10 Parking Spaces (Surface): 10 Full Term: 10 yrs Firm Term: 10 yrs Option Term: Two five year option terms Additional Requirements: 1) Offices will be located above the second floor and below the eighth floor and roof access can not be through the leased space. 2) The offices will be located in contiguous space on one floor. 3) Offices will not be located in window space that is adjacent to outside fire escapes, ledges, balconies, or mezzanines or directly above the loading dock area. 4) Personnel to have 24-hour unrestricted access to the office space and parking. 5) Office cleaning to be performed during normal business hours (8:30 am to 5:30 pm) Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Camarillo, CA, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
