Zoning compliance. Adjacent streets showing proposed ingress/egress shall be shown on the plan; Rentable square feet (RSF) to be offered, expected rental rate per sf, fully serviced; ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ANSI/BOMA) to be offered, expected rental rate per sf, fully serviced.
