(ABOA): 3,358 Rentable Square Feet (NTE): 3,862 Space Type: Office and Related Space Parking Spaces (Total): 1 Reserved for GOV Additional Parking Spaces (available for use at no charge to the Government): 24 Full Term: Ten (10) Years Firm Term: Ten (10) Years Termination Rights: 120 Days in whole or in part Option Term: TBD Additional Requirements: Class A or B space in a modern office building Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The building, space and/or surrounding area shall be compatible with the government's intended use. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
