The space will include both public-facing and secure employee areas. Public contact functions should be located on the first floor, wherever possible, and must be physically separated from other Government employee office space. Space should allow for efficient layout and office workflow. Columns must have regular spacing of sufficient distance to support effective design. A test fit may be required. Public transit shall be available. Please provide a transit map showing the public transit serving the location. All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s). A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
