(ABOA): 2,500 Space Type: Office and related space Parking Spaces (Total): 25 – 50 Parking Spaces Full Term: 1 month (30 days) Firm Term: 1 month (30 days) Option Term: 11 (eleven) 1-month (30 day) options Additional Requirements: 1 – 3 Offices (Lockable) Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
