The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease approximately 85,848 ABOA square feet of office space in Nashville, Tennessee, within a specified delineated area. The lease term is 180 months total, with a firm term of 120 months. Required features include 10 reserved parking spaces, a 30-foot setback or site fencing, a public lobby, loading dock or freight elevator access, a backup generator, and a server room for 24/7 operation. The space must meet government standards for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability, and cannot be in a 1-percent-annual chance floodplain.
