W: I-40 Delineated Area: Office Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,349 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,701 Reserved Parking Spaces (Total) 0 Reserved Parking Spaces (Surface) 0 Reserved Parking Spaces (Structure) 0 Initial Full Term 15 years Initial Firm Term 10 years Termination Rights 90 days Option Term NA Additional Requirements Contiguous Space office must be located on the second floor or higher. The space offered shall be contiguous on one floor with a minimum of 9’-0” ceilings throughout the space. The space shall have a minimum column spacing of 20 foot on center. Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the [100] year flood plain.
