The following requirements must be met: The office space must be on or next to JFK International Airport. See attachment for the approved delineated area. The office building must be able to provide 14 surface level parking spaces for Government use. See attachment for the approved delineated area. The offered space must meet the Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
