The lease would have a 10-year full term with a 5-year firm term and must be fully serviced, meeting government fire safety, accessibility, seismic, sustainability, and floodplain requirements. GSA is seeking responses from owners or authorized representatives, who must provide ownership evidence or written authorization to represent the owner. Estimated occupancy is February 1, 2028.
