GSA seeks expressions of interest from owners or authorized representatives for an underground lease facility in Independence, Missouri, totaling 383,430 ABOA SF—approximately 371,583 ABOA SF of record storage and 11,460 ABOA SF of office—plus 145 structured parking spaces. The space must be underground with 16-foot minimum clear height for record storage, 12-foot minimum clear height for office, at least two directly adjacent loading docks, and compliance with fire safety, accessibility, seismic, sustainability, and floodplain requirements under a fully serviced lease net of electric. The lease would have a full term of 180 months with 90-day termination rights, a firm term of 120 months, and no option term, with estimated occupancy on May 31, 2027. The Government currently occupies office and related space in Independence, Missouri, under an expiring lease and is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.
