The lease term is 15 years firm, and the offered building must meet ISC Level IV security requirements and not be in a 1-percent-annual chance floodplain. The government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous, factoring in relocation costs and tenant improvement allowances. The offered net annual rent must not exceed 90% of the FY 2027 Prospectus Threshold to be considered without an approved Prospectus.
