Mod 1 to the posted RFQ. This modification is to respond to questions. Based on the responses to the questions and additional industry feeedback, the RFQ is being extended to COB (5:00 PM EST) 06/13/2022. 1) Please disregard any mention to open market. This was langauge from the original RFQ solicitation. 2) Please use your UNIQUE ENTITY ID ILO of the DUNS (DUNS has been done away with). 3) This is a small business set aside so the social-economic status is in reference to your SBA size standard. For this requirement the NAICS is 333924 with a size standard of 750 employees. To be eligible to quote you must be at least a small business. 4) quotes will be email to jack.brothers@gsa.gov As of this posting no questions additional questions will receive a response. RFQ #47QSWC22Q0020/TACOM/Aircraft Tug Tractor In posing questions, Quoters must cite the relevant RFQ Section/Sub-Section and page number. Questions should be written in a manner that enables clear understanding of the Quoter’s questions or concerns. Questions must also be written in a manner that allows the government to share the question and response with all Quoters. Statements expressing opinions, sentiments, or conjectures are not considered valid inquiries and will not receive a response. Further, Quoters are reminded GSA will not address hypothetical questions aimed at receiving a potential “evaluation decision.” Written answers to questions received on or before 5:00 P.M. ESD, 06/01/2022, will be provided via an amendment to the RFQ and will be viewable by all prospective Quoters. Questions submitted after the cut-off date will not be considered. When responding to this RFQ, complete the entire package along with the supplemental documentation and submit your quote package as an attachment to your RFQ response emailed directly to CO Jack Brothers at jack.brothers@gsa.gov. No other forms of submission will be accepted. Each quote must be received by the closing date and time. Quotations received after this time will be deemed late and shall not be considered for award.
