The Alliant 3 GWAC, 2nd Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) is publicized solely for market research purposes. This document is intended to be a full draft RFP, however this document is subject to change at the final version. The General Service Administration is seeking public comments via A3draftRFP@gsa.gov. This document is not an official RFP from the Government and does not constitute a request for offers. All comments received are on a voluntary basis. The Government will not reimburse any costs attributed to responses. The Government will consider any comments received prior to January 16, 2024 by 5 pm (updated) Eastern Standard Time (EST). The Government does not intend to provide direct responses to public comments or suggestions. Any changes resulting from public comments will be included in the final version of the RFP. Please be informed, areas specific to Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emission Disclosure , Cybersecurity Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM), and Pricing are subject to change in the final RFP. Note: Attachment J.P-8, Cost / Price Template is not included. The Alliant 3 team is requesting feedback from industry on a number of subject areas. The link below provides a Google Form giving all interested parties the opportunity to provide feedback in specific areas to be considered for the development of the final RFP.
