Special Notice 47QTCB23N0003 (previously 47QTCB23N0001) June 15, 2023 The General Services Administration (GSA) requires personal identity verification (PIV) card personalization services, blank cards, test cards, and related engineering and support services. We anticipate publishing a solicitation for a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) in July 2023. GSA is not obligated to purchase the following forecasted quantities. Estimated card quantities are shown in the table below: Description Base year estimate Personalized cards (DRBG cards) central print - 750,000 Blank cardstock, coded for local printing (DRBG) - 400,000 Test cards (DRBG) - 1,000 Option year one estimate Personalized cards (DRBG cards) central print - 375,000 Blank cardstock, coded for local printing (DRBG) - 250,000 Test cards (DRBG) - 600 GSA anticipates issuing a competitive solicitation under Special Item Number 541519PIV that will result in a single-award BPA. This Special Item Number is located under GSA’s Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Information Technology - IT Solutions. The term of the BPA is anticipated to be for one (1) base year and three (3) option years, in accordance with FAR 8.405-3(d) (2).
