Presolicitation Notice and Draft RFQ 47QTCB23N0001 Homeland Security Presidential Directive (HSPD-12) Personal Identification Verification (PIV) Cardstock and Personalization Services January 12, 2023 The General Services Administration has a requirement for policy-compliant Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Cards and Personalization Services, Blank Cards, Test Cards, and Engineering and Support Services. We anticipate publishing a solicitation for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) in February 2023. GSA anticipates issuing a competitive solicitation under Special Item Number 541519PIV that will result in a single-award BPA. This Special Item Number is located under GSA’s Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Information Technology - IT Solutions. The term of the BPA is anticipated to be for one (1) base year and four (4) option years, in accordance with FAR 8.405-3(d) (2).
