Modification is to post the responses to all questions received during the Q&A session. Also, this modification to the soilicitation is to update Attachment 5 to the correct CID (the posted RFQ and Attachment 3 are correct however, Attachement 5 had different information). Lastly, the closign of this solicitation will be extended to 08/18/2024 to allow vendors time quote the requirement. This requriement is for five (5) each brand name BMW Motorcycle meeting the customizations required by the posted commecial item description (CID). When submitting questions, please reference “RFQ #47QSWC24Q0108/BMW Motorcycle” in the subject line. In asking questions, Quoters must cite the relevant RFQ Section/Sub-Section and page number. Questions should be written in a manner that enables clear understanding of the Quoter’s questions or concerns. Questions must also be written in a manner that allows the government to share the question and response with all Quoters. Statements expressing opinions, sentiments, or conjectures are not considered valid inquiries and will not receive a response. Further, Quoters are reminded GSA will not address hypothetical questions aimed at receiving a potential “evaluation decision.” Written answers to questions received on or before 5:00 P.M. CSD, 07/29/2024, will be provided via an amendment to the RFQ and will be viewable by all prospective Quoters. Questions submitted after the cut-off date will not be considered. When responding to this RFQ, complete the entire package along with the supplemental documentation and submit your quote package as an attachment to your RFQ response emailed directly to CO Jack Brothers at jack.brothers@gsa.gov. No other forms of submission will be accepted. Each quote must be received by the closing date and time. Quotations received after this time will be deemed late and shall not be considered for award.
