Based on the answers provided by the government in response to the questions posed by industry, the following RFP documents have been amended and included as part of the RFP: Attachment 1 CASS FoT Pricing Worksheet Amendment 05 CASS FoT 47QSWC24R0004 Amendment 05 RFP FAR 12 Combined-Synopsis-Solicitation 10.9.2024 Q and A_47QSWC24R0004_Amendment 05 CASS FoT The RFP response date will be extended to 18 October 2024, 12:00 P.M. EST. CLIN 0066 part number 4027AS0325-55 has been removed from Attachment 1 CASS FoT Pricing Worksheet Amendment 05. A clarification has been provided within the questions and answers document about Lifecycle Status, how offerors should handle single sources that will not provide quotes to offerors, and obsolete products. Please be advised that the Q&A deadline for this acquisition has passed. Further, vendor's are encouraged to ensure all provided documentation (to include quotes) in response to this RFP are valid beyond the due date for submissions for this project. No other changes have been made to the RFP. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- AMENDMENT 04 The RFP is hereby amended to clarify that columns H through R must be filled out on the Attachment 1 CASS FoT F-35 Depot _Pricing Worksheet. The language requiring this information is contained in section B of the RFP. In addition, the RFP has been amended to add a clarification within section M stating, “Offerors will be responsive by providing the exact part numbered items”. See language highlighted in red in the amended RFP titled, “CASS FoT 47QSWC24R0004 Amendment 04 RFP FAR 12 Combined-Synopsis-Solicitation 10.7.2024” for details. The RFP as amended (04) now supersedes the previous versions contained in this posting. The Attachment 1 CASS FoT Pricing Worksheet Amendment 04, Schedule of Items sheet, row 77 has been revised to state the following: Total IDIQ Estimated Value (Base Year Plue 4 One Year Option Periods). End of Amendment 01 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The General Service Administration (GSA) is issuing the official Request For Proposal (47QSWC24R0004) for Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS) Family of Testers (FoT) in Support of the F-35 Depot and the Engine Test Instrument (ETI) modernization program. Please review all attachments which include the Combined-Synopsis-Solicitation document and attachments 1 and 2. Follow the instructions listed in the document titled “CASS FoT 47QSWC24R0004_RFP FAR 12 Combined-Synopsis-Solicitation 8.13.2024” when submitting your proposal. It is important that you provide all requested submittals listed on pages 72 through 75. This action is to post the answers to the Questions and Answers (Q&A's) submitted for the DRAFT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). As a result of the questions, the following changes have been made and will be reflected in the official RFP. The delilvery time has been clarified to reflect the client requests 180 days after receipt of order. The May 2024 version of FAR 52.212-3 will apply to the official RFP. The submission deadline for Q&A's and proposals has been clarified within the official RFP. This is ONLY a DRAFT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). The parts are needed components of the CASS FoTs which currently supports PMA-260’s Automatic Test Equipment (ATE). CASS provides cost-effective aviation common support equipment in support of fleet operations and maintenance activities. CASS is used to test both Weapons Replaceable Assemblies (WRA) and Shop Replaceable Assemblies (SRA), i.e., circuit cards, for various aircraft.
