The Government is pursuing a non-competitive action under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Intended Source: National Instruments CORP (NI) 11500 N Mopac EXPY Austin, TX 78759-3504 This procurement is being conducted on behalf of The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Navy’s Common Aviation Support Equipment Program Office (PMA-260) located at Patuxent River, MD for the supply of specific Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS) Family of Testers (FoTs) parts. The hardware or parts or products are needed components of the CASS FoTs which currently supports PMA-260’s Automatic Test Equipment’s (ATEs). National Instruments CORP (NI)’s proprietary parts are components of FoTs that are under life cycle support by PMA260. These FoTs are critical to PMA260’s overall mission to provide FoTs that provides performance and diagnostics testing capability for U.S. Navy and Marines systems.
