This RFP is being issued by GSA on behalf of the U.S. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Support Equipment & Vehicles, located in Robins Air Force Base, GA. to procure NATO Standard STANAG 4569 Level 1 Armored Utility Vehicles (UV).This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial item (Supplies and Services) prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation is issued as an RFP and in accordance with FAR Part 12, the acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation as a Total Small Business Set-Aside IAW FAR Part 19.
