This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.*** Request for Quote (RFQ) has been prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This RFQ will create a firm-fixed price (FFP), single-award, one-time purchase order for the procurement and installation of a Reverse Osmosis System and Deionized Water System. The client agency is the United States Naval Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRC-SW) located at San Diego, California. COMPLETE RFQ ATTACHED AMENDMENT 001 - The purpose of amendment 0001 is to post the Government's response to Vendor questions for the Reverse Osmosis and Deionized Water System. AMENDMENT 002 - The purpose of amendment 002 is to include a revised Statement of Work (SOW). The revised SOW adds section 3.5.6 - Temporary System. AMENDMENT 003 The purpose of amendment 003 is to post the Government's response to Contractor questions for the Reverse Osmosis and Deionized Water System.
