November 30, 2023 (Amendment 001) - The purpose of Amendment 001 to RFQ 47QSWC23Q0175 (attached) is to add images of the site location and to revise the Statement of Work (SOW). Images of the work site are now included for a clearer understanding of site conditions. The Statement of Work has been revised to include paragraph 3.5.6 in Section 3.5. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect. Request for Quote (RFQ) has been prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This RFQ will create a firm-fixed price (FFP), single-award, one-time purchase order for the procurement and installation of a Reverse Osmosis System and Deionized Water System. The client agency is the United States Naval Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRC-SW) located at San Diego, California.
