This is not a solicitation. This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ), nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. The Government contemplates soliciting for a single-award Blanket Purchaser Agreement (BPA) for obsolete/replacement electronic/electro-mechanical components that will be utilized to repair military electronic circuit card assemblies (CCAs) managed by the United States Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM).
