The due date remains unchanged as November 5, 2021, 3:00 PM CST. 10/28/2021: Amendment 001 - The RFQ is hereby amended to extend the due date to November 5, 2021, 3:00 PM CST and to post responses to questions received. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Please Note: It is important to submit a complete quote package. Below is a list of the required documents. Failure to complete and provide the required documents and RFQ Sections will result in your quote receiving no further consideration. List of required documents: - Cover Sheet - Completed Section K – Representations, pages (16-44) *Note: If offeror has already registered in SAM and has completed their Reps & Certs in SAM, then for provision 52.212-3 (pages 24-38) offeror only needs to complete paragraph (b) from page 26 along with the other Reps & Certs in Section K. - Technical Conformance Statement. Technical Conformance Statement shall not exceed 15 pages. Any pages in excess of the first 15 pages will not be evaluated. - Completed Attachment 1: SF18 - Completed Attachment 2: Technical Compliance Matrix and Pricing Worksheet - Offeror’s three (3) provided past performance references (references should include: Contract #, Contract Value, Customer Name, Email, and phone #, and whether the offeror was the Prime or Subcontractor)(References can be in the offeror’s preferred format) - Offeror’s standard commercial guarantee/warranty This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial item (Supplies and Services) prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.603, and guidance of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) Large Special Order Program (SOP) anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price (FFP) Purchase Order as the result of this Request for Quote (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only Solicitation that will be published; quotes are being requested and a written Solicitation will not be issued. This combined Synopsis/Solicitation will be provided electronically only. The solicitation number is 47QSWC21Q0304 and issued as an RFQ. GSA intends to award a single FFP Purchase Order. The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation may be reviewed/obtained in full text form at http://www.acquisition.gov/far. The Solicitation document, the incorporated provisions and the clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-07.
