This is a Request for Information (RFI) regarding a tentative requirement for the purchase of various heavy lifting devices as further defined in Attachments 1 -3. The Government intends that each heavy lift device support a different aircraft platform. As part of its market research, the General Services Administration (GSA), on behalf of the Air National Guard is issuing this RFI to determine if there exists an adequate number of interested and qualified GSA Schedule contractors capable of performing the requirement as further described.
