This is a pre-solicitation notice that the Government intends to negotiate with one source, Atlantic Diving Supply, Inc. (ADS) for the provision of ‘UKR Air Base Sustainment Kit-19' for FMS/Government of Ukraine. The US Army TACOM has a fully implemented and funded FMS Case #QG-B-UAG for the Government of Ukraine for one (1) ‘UKR Air Base Sustainment Kit-19'. The United States (USG) offers to sell to the Government of Ukraine via the Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA), Case # QG-B-UAG. The LOA specifically identifies ADS' kitted part number, UKR-ABSK-19. Therefore, given the requirements specified in the LOA with the Government of Ukraine and cited FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), procuring these brand name/part number from one source is justified. The award shall be a single Delivery Order against ADS' GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract, GS-07F-5965P. A Limited Source Justification (LSJ) will be posted to FedBizOpps within fourteen (14) days of award.
