This is being solicited as a single source in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) as no other local vendors are known that have the following qualifications: 1) high level of competency with Avigilon equipment; 2) can provide a total solution of both delivery for the equipment as well as installation; and 3) high level of familiarity with the facility in which the installation shall occur.
