This RFQ is to solicit a quote from a single source for the one-time purchase of a cold weather package customization to an installed relocatable simulator shelter that was purcahsed under the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) GS07Q17BGA0002A. The source is Sea Box, Inc. Use of a different vendor for the manufacturing and installation of the required shelter customization would create significant interoperability problems for the installed shelter and would invalidate the shelter's warranty.
