This is a pre-solicitation notice that the Government intends to negotiate with one source, Atlantic Diving Supply, Inc. (ADS) for the provision of ‘Search and Rescue Equipment' kits for FMS/Government of Peru. The US Army TACOM has a fully implemented and funded FMS Case #PE-B-ULT for the Government of Peru for three (3) ‘Search and Rescue Equipment' kits. The United States (USG) offers to sell to the Government of Peru via the Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA), Case #PE-B-ULT. The LOA specifically identifies ADS' kitted part numbers, to include: ADS-CSAR1-Sys, ADS-CSAR2-Sys and ADS-CSAR3-Sys. Therefore, given the requirements specified in the LOA with the Government of Peru and cited FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), procuring these brand name part numbers from one source is justified. The award shall be a single Delivery Order against ADS' GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract, GS-07F-5965P. A Limited Source Justification (LSJ) will be posted to FedBizOpps within fourteen (14) days of award.
