Resulting BPA will be for a period of five (5) years or $250,000, whichever occurs first. See attached RFQ Document for terms, conditions and estimated quantities. Quantities shown are based on past procurement history for a one (1) year period. RFQ documemnt must be filled out, signed and returned no later than time of closing to be considered for award.
