This solicitation is for the procurement for National Stock Numbers (NSNs) 8520-01-665-0593, Hand Cleaner; 8520-01-665-0595, Toilet Soap; & 852-01-665-0596, Hand Cleaner. This solicitation is for a Standing Quote Agreement (SQA) for a duration of 3 years not to exceed $249,999. Please see the attached solicitation for a complete description of the NSNs and quoting instructions. Offerors MUST meet the conditions of the solicitation and items MUST meet the specifications included in the Item Purchase Descriptions (IPDs) - pages 5 - 7 of the RFQ. The offeror is required to provide the product literature (specs) to verify the item meets the requirements of the IPD. These MUST be returned with the quote. If offeror fails to submit product literature (specs) on time, the Government may determine the offer technically unacceptable. The RFQ, the and the Product Literature (specs) MUST be completed and returned (as well as any modification/amendment), before the closing date and time, to be considered for award.
