This solicitation is for the procurement of Group 1 - Letter, Legal, and Letter Size Containers under a 1.5-year open market Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Please see the attached solicitation for complete Item Purchase Descriptions (IPDs). Offerors must meet the conditions in the solicitation and the items offered must meet the specifications in the included IPDs. This procurement is open to all offerors that appear on the QPL or have received an approval letter to be added to the QPL for the items listed herein.
