This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is for a firm fixed price Open Market Blanket Purchase Agreement (OMBPA) for the items identified as Group 21 – Information Processing System Containers Size 3 & 4. Please see the RFQ for complete details. Offerors must meet the conditions in the RFQ and items offered must meet the National Stock Number (NSN) Item Product Description (IPD) listed in the attachment. Offers mut be made for all 4 NSNs to be considered for award of this RFQ. Offerors must be approved on the Qualified Products List (QPL) QPL-AA-C-2786-4 or must submit an approval letter issued by the Chief, Policy, Standards and Engineering Branch, GSA, with your company’s name on it, no later than the offer due date. Please read the attached RFQ thoroughly, complete both the SF1449 and RFQ document completely and submit both to: martin.cieszlak@gsa.gov as an attachment by the stated closing date and time.
