The attached SF 1449 and Request for Quotation (RFQ) are for a firm fixed price Open Market Blanket Purchase Agreement (OMBPA) for the items identified as Group 2 – Class 6 Legal Size Security Containers (24 NSNs). Please see the RFQ for complete details. Offerors must meet the conditions in the RFQ and items offered must meet the National Stock Number (NSN) Item Product Description (IPD) listed in the attachment. Offers mut be made for all 24 NSNs to be considered for award of this RFQ.
