This solicitation is for the procurement of Class 6 General Purpose Containers, under an Open Market Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), Please see the attached solicitation for complete Item Product Descriptions (IPDs). Offerors must meet the conditions in the solicitation and the items offred must meet the specifications in the included IPDs. This procurement is open to all offerors that appear on the Qualified Products List (QPL) or have received an approval letter to be added to the QPL for the items listed herein.
