The performance period of the OM-BPA will be for 2-years with annual reviews. Vendors will be required to submit a completed solicitation package to include the required supplemental documentation. Failure to provide this information may result in your quotation being considered non-compliant and may not receive further consideration for award. This solicitation is for the procurement of HEADLAMP, National Stock Number (NSN) 6230-01-615-6035, under a 2-year OM-BPA not to exceed a $249,999. Quoters MUST meet the conditions of the solicitation and the items MUST meet the specifications included in the Item Purchase Description (IPD). This award will serve as an Open Market-BPA. This procurement is NOT set-a side for small business. *************AMENDMENT 001************** This request is amended to extend the closing date until Monday, September 27, 2021, by 6 pm, ET.
