This solicitation is for the procurement of AIR FRESHENER CARTRIDGES; National Stock Numbers (NSNs) 4460-01-443-4896 & 4460-01-443-4897, under a 5-year Open Market - Blanket Purchase Agreement (OM-BPA) with the possibility to extend, and annual reviews (not to exceed $150,000). Please see the attached solicitation for a complete description of the NSN and quoting instructions. Quoters MUST meet the conditions of the solicitation and the item MUST meet the specifications included in the Item Purchase Description (IPD). This award will serve as a Open Market Blanket Purchase Agreement (OMBPA). This procurement is NOT set-a side for small business.
