Interested quoters are advised that a completed quote package is required. Also required are sufficient descriptive literature/technical specifications to determine product compliance. Six of the mats will require First Article Testing. Quotes received after the date and time established for receipt will be considered late and will not be evaluated for award. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. Interested quoters can submit the quote package to don.miller@gsa.gov. Amendment 001 is being issued to change the delivery term from FOB Destination to FOB Origin, Prepay and Add. The amendment and attachments are to be completed in their entirety and returned with the quote. Failure to submit completed documents may result in your quote no longer being considered for award. The date and time for receipt of quotes HAS NOT been extended.
