GSA seeks to award an Open Market Blanket Purchase Agreement for 12-Rope NSNs; FSC 4020. The performance period is expected to consist of five years and will be reviewed annually for continuation consideration. Interested parties are invited to submit a completed RFQ document. Sufficient descriptive literature is also required to determine the offered product meets the salient features of the item purchase descriptions contained in the RFQ. Failure to provide a completed RFQ may result in your quote not being considered for award. Failure to provide sufficient descriptive literature to determine technical acceptability will result in your quote being considered non-compliant and it will not be evaluated for award. The RFQ is attached. The time and date established for receipt of quotes is identified in the quote. Quotes received after this time will be considered late and will not be accepted. Only emailed quotes will be accepted.
