Delivery locations will be within the Continental United States, with full addresses provided at time of award. Vendors must be registered to receive Purchase Orders via EDI or OMS Vendor Portal and invoice through FedPay, with registration required within 2 days of award notification. Award will be based on the lowest price among vendors meeting all administrative compliance requirements, including signed MIL-STD-129 documentation and technical specifications.
